When you are feeling discourage about sticking to your meal plan or eating regularly, how about giving this activity a shot…

Take the first letter of what you are going to eat, for example ‘C’ for ‘Cereal’,and try to think of something positive that will come from being healthy, starting with that letter. For me, I have better concentration when I am not in starvation mode, so Cereal is for Concentration.
